How to invite users

The Admin Panel Users page is divided into two tabs: Enrolled users (people who have successfully joined) and Users pending enrollment (people who have not yet activated their account). All invitation work happens in the Users pending enrollment tab, where filters let you narrow the list by status.

Invite users who have never been invited

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the Users section

    • Click on the "Users" tab in the left-hand menu.
  3. Open the "Users pending enrollment" tab

    • This tab lists all users who have not yet activated their account.
    • Click on Filters and select "Not invited" in the filter dropdown to show only users who have never received an invitation.
  4. Select users to invite

    • Check the box next to the name(s) of the user(s) you want to invite.
  5. Send the invitation

    • Click the "Invite users (N)" button in the toolbar (N = number of selected users).
    • The selected users will receive an email invitation to join the platform.

Resend an invitation to users who have not yet logged in

If a user was previously invited but has not logged in yet, or if their invitation link has expired, resend the invitation from the "Users pending enrollment" tab:

  1. Go to the "Users pending enrollment" tab on the Users page.

  2. Apply the "Invited" filter to find users who received an invitation but haven't logged in, or the "Expired" filter to find users whose invitation link has expired.

  3. Check the box next to the user(s) you want to resend an invitation to.

  4. Click the "Invite users (N)" button in the toolbar.

    • The selected users will receive a new email invitation. The invitation link is valid for 30 days.

Note: Regularly reviewing the "Users pending enrollment" tab — and checking the "Not invited", "Invited", and "Expired" filters — ensures that all users have access to Cosafe.

SCIM users and automatic invitations

If your organization uses SCIM to provision users, you can choose whether newly provisioned users automatically receive a welcome email.

In the Admin Panel, go to Account → Integrations. When SCIM is enabled, an automatic welcome emails toggle is available:

  • Toggle on: Each user created via SCIM automatically receives a welcome email invitation. No manual invitations are needed.
  • Toggle off: SCIM users are created and activated, but no email is sent. You can still invite them manually using the steps above from the "Users pending enrollment" tab.
