Overview of the Users page
The Users page in the Admin panel is organised into two tabs, giving administrators a clear view of where each user stands. Each tab has a dedicated action button in the toolbar that activates when you select one or more users.
Enrolled Users
Shows all users who have accepted their invitation or logged in to Cosafe at least once. This is the default view when you open the Users page.
Available actions:
- Remind inactive to log in — Select one or more inactive users and click this button to send them a login reminder email to drive re-engagement.
- Send alarm test reminder — Select one or more users and click this button to send them a compliance reminder to test their alarm.
Both buttons are disabled until you select at least one user.
Users Pending Enrollment
Shows all users who have not yet fully joined Cosafe:
- Users with an active (non-expired) invitation who have never logged in
- Users who have not been invited, or whose invitation has expired
Available action:
- Invite users — Select one or more users and click this button to resend an invitation to users still pending login, or send an invitation to users who have not yet been invited.
The button is disabled until you select at least one user.
The dashboard home page contains cards for users pending enrollment. Clicking a card takes you directly to the relevant tab on the Users page with active filters applied, reducing the time needed to identify and act on user gaps.
