Understanding the Users page

The Users page in the Admin panel is organized into three tabs, each showing users at a different stage of their lifecycle. Each tab has a dedicated call-to-action (CTA) button in the toolbar that activates when you select one or more users.

Enrolled Users

Shows all users who have logged in to Cosafe at least once. This is the default view when you open the Users page.

Available actions:

  • Remind inactive to log in — Select one or more inactive users and click this button to send them a reminder email to log back in to Cosafe.
  • Send self-test reminder — Select one or more users and click this button to remind them to perform a self-test alarm. This helps keep your organization compliant.

Both buttons are muted (grayed out) until you select at least one user. The button label shows the number of selected users.

Pending Login

Shows all users who have received an invitation but have not yet logged in to activate their account.

Available action:

  • Resend invitation (N) — Select one or more users and click this button to send them a new invitation email. The invitation link is valid for 30 days.

Use this tab to follow up on users who may have missed their original invitation.

Not Invited / Expired

Shows users who have never received an invitation, as well as users whose invitation link has expired without them logging in.

Available action:

  • Invite users (N) — Select one or more users and click this button to send them an invitation email.

Use the "Not invited" and "Expired" filter pills at the top of the table to narrow the list.


Tips

The dashboard home page contains cards for "Pending Login" and "Not invited" users". Clicking these cards takes you directly to the relevant tab on the Users page.
