How to check a user's app version

This guide is intended for administrators who want to see which version of the Cosafe app a user has installed on their device(s).

1. Log in to the Admin panel​

2. Go to Users​

  • In the left sidebar, click Users.
  • Ensure you are viewing the Enrolled users tab.

3. Open the user's devices​

  • Locate the user by using the search field or by scrolling.
  • Click the Activity cell for that user. This opens a Devices popup listing all of their registered devices.

4. Check the app version​

  • In the Devices popup, find the App version column.
  • Each row shows one of the user's devices along with if the device is active, which type of device it is, the app version installed on it and when it was last seen.
Tips

A user can have more than one device registered. If you're troubleshooting and unsure which device the user is currently using, check all rows.
