Using the subaccount dashboard

The subaccount dashboard gives subaccount administrators an overview of their organisation's readiness. It consolidates key metrics in one place so you can quickly identify areas that need attention.

note

The subaccount dashboard is available to subaccount administrators only.

Accessing the dashboard

  1. Log in to the Cosafe Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
  3. Use the subaccount selector at the top to switch between subaccounts you have access to.

Dashboard overview

User statistics

The dashboard shows a summary of your subaccount's users, including total registered users and a breakdown by invite and login status.

Active users chart

A chart displays the number of currently active and inactive users. It also shows an action bar at the bottom of the chart that will help you activate your users.

If you press the text in the action bar, it will navigate you to the users tab, with all inactive users already filtered and ready for you to invite or remind to log in.

Self-test compliance chart

The self-test compliance chart shows how many users have a working self-test.

  • A high compliance rate means users are regularly testing that their devices receive alarms correctly.
  • A low compliance rate may indicate users need to be reminded to run a self-test.

It also shows an action bar at the bottom of the chart.

If you press the text in the action bar, it will navigate you to the users tab, with all users that don't have a working self-test already filtered and ready for you to help.

Health banners

Color-coded banners at the top of the dashboard summarise the overall health of your subaccount at a glance:

🟢 GreenAll indicators are within acceptable thresholds
🟡 YellowOne or more indicators require attention
🔴 RedOne or more indicators are below the required threshold
