Test your alarm

Self-test of the alarm

You can easily perform a self-test of your alarm to ensure that your device settings are correct. The test alarm is sent only to the user who initiated it; no other users are affected. To test the alarm, follow the instructions below.

  2. Select "Test your alarm."
  3. Tap "Test your alarm."
  4. Tap "Test"
  5. IMPORTANT: Close the app or turn off the screen; otherwise, you won't receive an alarm signal.
  6. After 15 seconds, the test alarm will activate on your device with a notification and a loud signal.

As an administrator**

In the admin panel, you can view the results of users' self-tests.

In the "Users" view, there's a column named "Alarm Test." It shows whether a user has performed a self-test and the outcome. Here's what each status means:

  • Not Tested The user has never performed a self-test.
  • Status missing The user has done a self-test but hasn't specified the result.
  • Works The user performed a self-test, and it was successful.
  • Failed The user did a self-test, but it failed.
