How to reset your password in Cosafe

If you've forgotten your Cosafe password or wish to change it, you can easily reset it by following these steps.

Steps to reset your password

  1. Access the Cosafe app or web app:

    • Open the Cosafe mobile app on your device or navigate to the Cosafe web app in your browser.
  2. Initiate password reset:

    • On the login screen, click on "Forgot Password."
  3. Check your email:

    • Log in to your email account associated with Cosafe.
    • Look for an email from Cosafe
    • If you can't find it, the email might be in the "Other" tab or spam folder.
  4. Reset your password:

    • Open the email and click on the "Reset Password" link.
    • Enter a new password that meets the following criteria:
      • At least 10 characters long
      • Includes at least one number (0-9)
      • Contains at least one special character (e.g., !?"#€%&)
      • Has both uppercase and lowercase letters
  5. Log in:

    • Return to the Cosafe app or Desktop app.
    • Log in using your email address and the new password you just created.

The password reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires, you can request a new one by repeating the steps above.
