Having trouble logging in with SSO on your Android?

Prerequisites

  • SSO credentials: ensure you have the necessary SSO login details provided by your organization.
  • Cosafe app installed: download and install the latest version of the Cosafe app. For more information, see our article Install Cosafe on your devices.

Troubleshooting tips

  • SSO login issues

    • Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
    • Verify that your SSO credentials are correct.
    • If authentication fails, contact your IT support for assistance.
  • Session expiry

    • Be aware that your login session in Cosafe has a default duration of 365 days. After this period, you'll need to re-authenticate.
  • Device compatibility

  • Issues with default browser

    • Open your web browser (Samsung Internet).
    • Tap the Menu in the bottom right corner.
    • Select Settings.
    • Tap Useful Features.
    • Uncheck "Open app links in browser".
