I don't see anything when I try to log in on my iPhone
If the screen turns black when you tap Log in in the Cosafe iOS app, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Turn off "Block All Cookies" in Safari
This is the most common cause. iOS Safari's Block All Cookies setting prevents the in-app login window from storing the data it needs, which causes it to crash silently and leave you with a black screen.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down to Safari.
- Tap Advanced.
- Toggle Block All Cookies to OFF.
Then re-open Cosafe and try logging in again.
If you can't find the option, you can also go to Settings → Safari → Content Blockers and turn everything off.
Solution 2: Disable Accessibility settings (alternative)
If turning off Block All Cookies did not help, try adjusting the Accessibility settings for the Cosafe app:
- Open Settings on iOS.
- Search for or scroll down to "Accessibility".
- Scroll down and select "Per-App Settings".
- Add Cosafe to the list of apps.
- Disable "Reduce Transparency".
- Disable "Reduce Motion".
- Open Cosafe and verify that the icons are now visible.
