Settings for Dual Profiles
If a user has two profiles on their Android device – a personal and a work profile – and is not receiving notifications in silent mode on the work profile, this may be because the Cosafe app has not been granted permission to bypass silent mode on the work profile.
To ensure that the app can send notifications even when the device is in silent mode, the IT department needs to deploy a policy via MDM that grants the Cosafe app “Do Not Disturb” access (ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY permission) on the work profile.
