How do you implement Cosafe in your business (main account)

1. Agreement signed

2. Start-up meeting
A start-up meeting with a product expert from our Customer Success department, to go through the onboarding process. During the meeting, you and CS will book information sessions for your business and training for those who will be administering Cosafe in the master account and sub-account.

3. information meeting
The main project team will explain how the implementation of Cosafe is planned and Cosafe will explain the features of the platform and how it can be used to create a safer and more secure working environment.

4. Training of administrators - master account
The master account is usually administered by 2-3 people who undergo 2 training sessions, 2 weeks apart, for a total of 2 + 2 hours with Cosafe product experts. During the training sessions we tailor your Cosafe account to your business, for this reason it is important that at least one decision-maker is present to make decisions on how alarms and other settings are configured.

5. Training of administrators - sub-account

Each sub-account will appoint 2-3 administrators who will jointly enrol in a common digital onboarding/training for administrators that will take place on two occasions, two weeks apart. Since most of the administration of Cosafe is completed at the training, it is important that at least one decision-maker is present who can make decisions about how alarms etc. are configured.

Training content:
Together we will configure users and groups, alarms and other functions in the Cosafe Adminpanel. We also go through how to easily implement Cosafe in your business and plan any additional training and exercises.

6. User training
It is important that staff receive proper training in Cosafe to ensure a safe, effective and smooth implementation at the school.

60 min live digital user training (recommended)

Book a live online training session for all staff on an account with one of Cosafe's product experts. Gather the staff in a common room and connect to the web training which can be live streamed on a big screen or/and connect up to 150 people to the web training from different locations.
The product expert will pedagogically walk through the following:

  • Presentation of Cosafe

  • Review of installation and key settings

  • Installation of Cosafe and overview of installation

  • Live testing of functions and alarms

7. Follow-up

Our aim is for you to feel confident using Cosafe after this onboarding process and therefore we always contact you about 2 months after completing the training, as well as following up on how the implementation has gone.
