How to log in with Coalert
This guide is intended for Coalert users who need to log in with their access code.
What is Coalert?
Coalert functions as one-way communication for information delivery, where users can receive alarms and other important messages but cannot send alarms or other messages.
How do you use Coalert?
As a Coalert user, you join your Coalert recipient group by entering an 8-character access code. The code is created by a Cosafe administrator and then shared with you as a recipient.
Step 1: Install Cosafe
- Download the Cosafe app. See the article Install Cosafe on your devices for instructions on how to install the app.
Step 2: Log in
- Open the Cosafe app and log in using the same code you used in Coalert.
If you don't have your code or can't log in, contact your administrator to get a new one.

Step 4: If you had the Coalert app installed, delete it
Once you have installed and logged in to Cosafe, you can delete the Coalert app from your phone.

No worries! Just install Cosafe, log in with your code, and you're all set.
