Coalert has migrated to Cosafe – Here's how to get started
How do you use Coalert?
As a Coalert user, you join your Coalert recipient group by entering an 8-character access code. The code is created by a Cosafe administrator and then shared with you as a recipient.
Step 1: Install Cosafe
Download the Cosafe app. See the article Install Cosafe on your devices for instructions on how to install the app.
Step 2: Log in
Open the Cosafe app and log in using the same code you used in Coalert.
If you don’t have your code or can’t log in – contact your administrator to get a new one.
Step 3: Allow important settings

Step 4: If you hade the Coalert app installed, delete it
Once you have installed and logged in to Cosafe, you can delete the Coalert app from your phone.
Are you a brand-new user? No worries! Just install Cosafe, log in with your code – and you're all set.
As a CoAlert user, you can now receive alarms and other important messages, but you are not able to send alarms or other messages.
