How to log in to Cosafe

This guide is intended for Cosafe users who want to log in to the app on their mobile device or computer.

Cosafe is available as a mobile app (Android and iOS) and as a Desktop app for Mac and PC. There are three ways to log in to Cosafe — choose the one that applies to you:

  • Cosafe login — log in with your email address and password. This is the standard login method covered in this article.
  • SSO (Single Sign-On) — log in using your organisation's existing identity provider. See How to log in with SSO.
  • Coalert — log in using an 8-character access code. See How to log in with Coalert.

If you are a first-time user and have received an invitation email, you need to activate your account before logging in. See Activate your user after receiving an invitation.

Log in on an Android or iOS device

  1. Open the Cosafe app

    • Launch the Cosafe app on your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Enter your credentials

    • Tap Cosafe login.
    • Enter your email address and password, then tap Login.
  3. Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled)

    • If your organisation has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be prompted to enter a verification code after your password.
    • Enter the code from your authenticator app or SMS.
  4. Start using Cosafe

    • You are now logged in and ready to use Cosafe.

Log in on a computer (Mac or PC)

  1. Open the Cosafe Desktop App

    • Launch the Cosafe Desktop App on your Mac or PC.
  2. Enter your credentials

    • Click Cosafe login.
    • Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
  3. Complete two-factor authentication (if enabled)

    • If your organisation has enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be prompted to enter a verification code after your password.
    • Enter the code from your authenticator app or SMS.
  4. Start using Cosafe

    • You are now logged in and ready to use Cosafe.

If you are unable to log in, contact your Cosafe administrator to verify that your account is active and that 2FA is correctly configured.
