How does the Cosafe mobile app work with Apple watch?

Cosafe is a mobile application, and for that reason, we recommend primarily using the app on a mobile phone. If, due to certain circumstances, you wish to receive notifications via an Apple Watch, it’s important to review your notification settings and then test the alarm, as these settings may differ between devices. Therefore, we cannot guarantee functionality since smartwatches are not supported devices.
If you are using a smartwatch, it may affect whether you receive notifications on your phone or not. Some settings you should check are listed below:
Notification settings for Cosafe on Apple watch:
- Open the Apple Watch app on your phone.
- Go to My watch at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on Notifications
- Select the Cosafe app
- Tap Configure and then select Notifications off to inactive the mirroring of the app.
