How to end an alarm in the Cosafe App

Ending an alarm in the Cosafe app is an important function to ensure that all users are aware that the situation is under control. Follow these steps to end an alarm:

1. Open the Cosafe app

   • Launch the Cosafe app on your device and log in if necessary.

2. Navigate to the active alarm

   • The active alarm is displayed at the top of the home-screen, tap the red message bar and you will be taken to the alarm-message thread

3. End the alarm

   • Tap the three dots at the top right corner for details on the given Alarm
   • Press the button labeled "End" at the bottom of the screen

4. Confirm the action

   • You will be prompted to confirm that you want to end the alarm. Confirm your choice.

Once the alarm is ended, all affected users will be notified that the situation has been resolved. It is important that only authorized personnel end alarms to ensure proper information flow.
