Some icons are not visible in the Cosafe app (iPhone)

If some icons or interface elements appear missing or cut off in the Cosafe app, the issue is most likely caused by display or accessibility settings on your iPhone. The two most common causes are Display Zoom being set too large, or custom Per-App Accessibility Settings applied to Cosafe.

1. Display Zoom

When Display Zoom is set to a larger scale, the entire interface is zoomed in, which can push some icons or buttons out of view.

Steps to check and adjust:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Display & Brightness.
  3. Scroll down and tap Display Zoom.
  4. Make sure it is set to Standard, not Larger Text.
  5. If it was set to Larger Text, change it to Standard, tap Set, and restart the Cosafe app.

2. Per-App Accessibility Settings

iOS allows custom display and text size adjustments to be applied per app. If Cosafe has any custom settings applied, this can cause icons or interface elements to appear incorrectly.

Steps to check and adjust:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Accessibility.
  3. Scroll down and tap Per-App Settings.
  4. Find Cosafe in the list:
    • If Cosafe is not listed: Tap Add App, select Cosafe, and confirm that all settings are set to Default.
    • If Cosafe is already listed: Tap on it and make sure every setting is set to Default.
  5. Restart the Cosafe app and check if all icons are now visible.
