Actions based on your monthly report

This article helps you address yellow or red values in your monthly report.

Both Alarm Readiness and Self-test Compliance​

What to do:

  1. Go to the "Users" view and identify users who are not logged in and/or haven't done a self-test
  2. Contact these users via email or your regular channels
  3. Copy and send the message below

Message to users:

Hi!

We need your help with two important things:

1. Log in to the Cosafe app (mobile or desktop, not web)
2. Complete a self-test: https://support.cosafe.com/en/docs/handbook/users/important-settings/testing-your-cosafe-alarm#self-test

Both steps are necessary for you to be ready to receive and send alarms.

Alarm Readiness is yellow or red​

What it means: Too few users are logged in and ready to receive alarms.

What to do:

  1. Go to the "Users" view and check the status column for inactive users
  2. Contact these users
  3. Send the message below

Message to users:

Hi!

To receive alarms in Cosafe, you must be logged in to the mobile app or desktop app (not the web app).

Check that you are logged in and that the app has the necessary permissions.

Self-test Compliance is yellow or red​

What it means: Too few users have performed an alarm test in the last quarter.

What to do:

  1. Go to the "Users" view and check the "Alarm test" column
  2. Identify users with status "Not tested", "Status missing" or "Failed"
  3. Contact these users

Status in the "Alarm test" column:

  • Not tested – Never performed a self-test
  • Status missing – Completed test but didn't report result
  • Worked – Test succeeded
  • Failed – Test failed

Message to users:

Hi!

Please complete a self-test of your Cosafe alarm to ensure everything works.

Uninvited users or Invited but not logged in​

What to do:

  • Uninvited users: Send invitations from the admin panel
  • Invited but not logged in: Remind users to complete registration

Reminder message:

Hi!

You have received an invitation to Cosafe but haven't logged in yet.

1. Check your email for the invitation
2. Follow the link and complete registration
3. Download the app and log in
