Actions based on your monthly report
This article helps you address yellow or red values in your monthly report.
Navigating from your monthly report
Dashboard cards link directly to filtered views — click a card to go straight to the relevant list of users. Clickable stats are underlined or marked with an arrow.
The Users page has two tabs:
- Enrolled Users – users who have completed registration
- Users Pending Enrollment – users who have been invited but haven't logged in yet
Each tab shows the user count in parentheses. Search and account filters are shared across both tabs.
Main account admins: You have a dedicated tab with aggregated stats across all sub-accounts. Click any row to navigate to that sub-account's dashboard.
