Actions based on your monthly report
This guide is intended for administrators who want to address yellow or red values in their monthly report.
Navigating from your monthly report
When you receive a monthly report email showing red or yellow values, click the View details in dashboard → button in the email. This takes you directly to the admin dashboard, where you can act on the flagged metrics.
Both Alarm Readiness and Alarm test status
What to do:
- Click the relevant card in your dashboard to go directly to the filtered Enrolled Users tab.
- Select the users you want to contact.
- Use the action buttons:
- Remind inactive to log in — for users who aren't logged in.
- Send self-test reminder — for users who haven't tested their alarm.
Action buttons are disabled until at least one user is selected.
Alarm Readiness is yellow or red
Alarm readiness in your email corresponds to the Active/Inactive enrolled users card in the dashboard.
What it means: too few users are logged in and ready to receive alarms.
What to do:
- Click View users in the Active/Inactive enrolled users card in your dashboard — this takes you to the Enrolled Users tab filtered by inactive users.
- Or, go to Users > Enrolled Users tab, click the Filters pill, and select Status: inactive to filter the list.
- Select the users you want to reach.
- Click Remind inactive to log in.
The button is disabled until you select at least one user.
Alarm test status is yellow or red
Self-test compliance in your email corresponds to the Alarm test stat for enrolled users card in the dashboard.
What it means: too few users have performed an alarm test in the last quarter.
What to do:
- Click View users in the Alarm test stat for enrolled users card in your dashboard — this takes you to the Enrolled Users tab filtered by users who need to test their alarm.
- Or, go to Users > Enrolled Users tab and filter by alarm test status.
- Identify users with status Not tested, Status missing, or Failed.
- Select those users.
- Click Send self-test reminder.
The button is disabled until you select at least one user.
Status in the "Alarm test" column:
- Not tested — has never tested their alarm.
- Status missing — completed the test but the result wasn't reported.
- Works — test succeeded.
- Failed — test failed.
Uninvited users or invited but not logged in
The Users page has two tabs:
- Enrolled Users — users who have completed registration.
- Users Pending Enrollment — users who have been invited but haven't logged in yet.
Each tab shows the user count in parentheses. Search and account filters are shared across both tabs.
Main account admins: you have a dedicated tab with aggregated stats across all subaccounts. Click any row to navigate to that subaccount's dashboard.
Uninvited users:
- Go to Users > Users Pending Enrollment tab.
- Select the uninvited users you want to invite.
- Click Invite users.
Invited but not logged in:
- Go to Users > Users Pending Enrollment tab.
- Select the users you want to remind.
- Click Invite users to resend the invitation.
Buttons are disabled until at least one user is selected.
