How to set your availability status in the Cosafe App

Taking time away from work and want to avoid Cosafe notifications during that time? Whether you are on vacation, leave, or long-term sick leave, your availability status lets you pause all notifications without losing access to the app.

There is no need to log out of Cosafe when you are away. Logging out risks you forgetting to log back in, which means you could miss critical alarms and other important information. The availability status is the recommended approach.

How to set yourself as unavailable

1. Open the Cosafe app:

   • Launch the Cosafe app on your phone, tablet, or computer.

2. Access the menu:

   • Tap on the menu icon (the three lines) located in the top right corner of the home screen.

3. Open your status:

   • Tap Status: Available below your name and profile picture.

4. Select your availability:

   • Select Not available and choose an end date and time.

5. Confirm your selection:

   • Tap Confirm.

Your status will show as unavailable until the selected date and time, or until you manually set yourself as available again.

How notifications behave while you are unavailable

• No notification or alarm sounds will play.
• All messages and events remain visible in the app, but without triggering notifications.
• Your status syncs automatically across all devices you are logged in to.
• Your availability status is visible to all other users who can communicate with you.
