Add contact information for internal support
This guide is intended for administrators who want to add contact information so users and other administrators know who to reach for help.
Cosafe primarily provides second-line support to your organization's administrators. This means user questions should go to your Cosafe administrator first, before reaching Cosafe support.
To make this process smooth, both main account administrators and subaccount administrators can add their contact information in the admin panel, so users and admins know exactly who to reach out to.
Add contact information as a Main Account Administrator

Log in to the Admin panel
- Access the Admin panel at admin.cosafe.com.

Open Account
- Click Account in the left-hand menu.

Go to Contacts
- Open the Contacts tab.

Fill in your information
- Under Internal support for administrators, add your name, email address and phone number.

Create
- Click Create to apply the changes.
Who sees it: Subaccount administrators. This information appears both in the app and in the admin panel itself, in the Internal support for administrators box on the Contacts tab.
Add contact information as a Subaccount Administrator

Log in to the Admin panel
- Access the Admin panel at admin.cosafe.com.

Open Subaccount
- Click Subaccount in the left-hand menu.

Select your subaccount
- Choose the subaccount you want to administer from the list.

Go to Contacts
- Open the Contacts tab.

Fill in your information
- Under Internal support for users, add your name, email address and phone number.

Create
- Click Create to apply the changes.
Who sees it: The users in your subaccount, directly in the app.
Where the administrator's contact information appears

Open the app
- Open the Cosafe app on your device.

Open the menu
- Tap the menu button (three lines) in the top-right corner.

Go to Support
- Tap Support.

Open Contact
- Tap Contact to see the administrator's information.
