Documents

This guide is intended for users who need to access essential documents shared by their administrator in the Cosafe app.

The "Documents" feature in the Cosafe app provides access to all essential documents shared by your administrator. This includes information that may have previously been stored in physical crisis binders, such as action plans and CPR instructions.

Accessing documents

1. Navigate to the "Documents" section

   • Open the Cosafe app and select the "Documents" function.

2. Locate the desired document

   • Browse through the list or folders to find the document you need.

3. Open the document

   • Tap on the document's name to open and view its contents.

tip

For quick access to frequently used documents, you can mark them as favorites by starring them. These will then appear under the "Favorites" section.
