How to change or update your personal information in the Cosafe App
As an end user who is not a Cosafe administrator, you can change the following yourself:
✅ Profile picture
✅ Secondary phone number
✅ Password
How to change your information
- Open the Cosafe app on your phone, tablet, or computer
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner
- Tap "View my profile" under your name
- Tap the field you want to update and enter the new information

Some fields are locked and can't be edited. See below for details.
Change your profile picture
- Go to "View my profile"
- Tap the yellow pen icon on your profile picture
- Choose a photo from your library, or take a new one with your camera (camera only available on the phone app)
What you cannot change yourself
The following fields can only be changed by your Cosafe administrator:
❌ First or last name
❌ Email address
❌ Title
To update any of the above, contact your local Cosafe administrator. This restriction exists for security reasons.
Find your administrator's contact details
- Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner
- Tap "Support"
- Tap "Contact" to see your administrator's information
If no contact details are shown, reach out to your manager for help.
