How to change or update your personal information in the Cosafe App

As an end user who is not a Cosafe administrator, you can change the following yourself:

✅ Profile picture
✅ Secondary phone number
✅ Password

How to change your information

  1. Open the Cosafe app on your phone, tablet, or computer
  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner
  3. Tap "View my profile" under your name
  4. Tap the field you want to update and enter the new information

Some fields are locked and can't be edited. See below for details.

Change your profile picture

  1. Go to "View my profile"
  2. Tap the yellow pen icon on your profile picture
  3. Choose a photo from your library, or take a new one with your camera (camera only available on the phone app)

What you cannot change yourself

The following fields can only be changed by your Cosafe administrator:

❌ First or last name
❌ Email address
❌ Title

To update any of the above, contact your local Cosafe administrator. This restriction exists for security reasons.

Find your administrator's contact details

  1. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner
  2. Tap "Support"
  3. Tap "Contact" to see your administrator's information

If no contact details are shown, reach out to your manager for help.
