Moving documents to a folder

This guide is intended for administrators who want to move a shared document into an existing folder.

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Navigate to the documents section

    • Click on the "Documents" tab.
  3. Select the appropriate group

    • Choose the group with which the document is shared.
  4. Access document options

    • Click on the three dots to the right of the document.
  5. Choose to share

    • Select "Share" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Assign to a folder

    • Check the box for the folder where the document should reside.
    note

    Uncheck the group if you want the document to appear only in the selected folder.

  7. Share the document

    • Click "Share" to apply the changes.
