Accessibility at Cosafe

Cosafe is committed to making our apps usable and accessible for as many people as possible. While we are not yet fully conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), we are actively improving our digital products to move toward these standards.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. This page outlines what we are doing today and how we plan to improve.

Current Accessibility Efforts​

As part of our ongoing improvements, we are working on the following areas:

Color and Contrast​

We are reviewing and updating color palettes across our product to improve text readability and visual contrast.

Screen Reader Compatibility​

Our team is reviewing component semantics to ensure content and interactions work correctly with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver.

Clear and Understandable Content​

We aim to make information easy to read and understand by:

  • Using consistent heading structures
  • Writing clear and concise instructions
  • Avoiding unnecessary jargon where possible

Continuous Testing​

We are gradually incorporating accessibility checks into our development workflow.

End-User Applications​

Some parts of our end-user applications already include accessibility foundations, these areas are continuously reviewed and improved as part of our product development.

Planned Improvements​

We are investing in accessibility and have defined the following focus areas:

Short Term​

  • Introduce automated accessibility checks in our CI/CD pipelines
  • Review critical user journeys for WCAG 2.2 Level AA gaps

Medium Term​

  • Address identified screen reader and focus-order issues
  • Improve interaction patterns with accessibility as a core requirement

Long-Term Goal​

Our long-term ambition is to achieve substantial alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, starting with the most important user-facing areas of the apps.
