How to enable automatic updates for the Cosafe App

Keeping the Cosafe app up to date ensures optimal performance and access to the latest features. Enabling automatic updates on your device simplifies this process. Below are the steps to configure automatic updates for both iOS and Android devices.

For iOS devices (iPhone)

  1. Open settings:

    • Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Navigate to App Store settings:

    • Scroll down to Apps
    • Then tap on App Store*.

  3. Enable App updates:

    • Under the Automatic Downloads section, toggle on App Updates.

By default, apps will only update automatically when your device is connected to Wi-Fi. To allow updates over cellular data:

  1. Allow updates over cellular data:
    • In the same App Store settings, toggle on Automatic Downloads under the Cellular Data section.

For Android devices

Enable auto-updates for all apps​

  1. Open Google Play Store:

    • Open the Play Store app.

  2. Access profile settings:

    • Tap on your profile icon located in the top-right corner.

  3. Open settings:

    • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Navigate to network preferences:

    • Tap on Network Preferences.

  5. Enable auto-update apps:

    • Select Auto-update apps.
    • Choose your preferred option: Over Wi-Fi only or Over any network.

Enable auto-updates for onyl the Cosafe app​

  1. Open Google Play Store:

    • Open the *Play Store app.

  2. Access profile settings:

    • Tap on your profile icon located in the top-right corner.

  3. Manage apps and device:

    • Select Manage apps and device from the dropdown menu.
    • Go to Manage

  4. Select Cosafe:

    • Find the Cosafe app
    • Tap on Cosafe to open its information page.

  5. Enable auto-update:

    • Tap on the three dots, located in the top-right corner.
    • Enable “Enable auto-update”.

By following these steps, the Cosafe app will automatically update, ensuring you always have the latest version.
