How SFTP synchronization works

Cosafe provides an SFTP server where organizations can upload a CSV file containing user data. This file is securely retrieved daily (during nighttime hours) to update the Cosafe user registry. After synchronization, an automatic email is sent to the designated administrator detailing any changes made during the process.
