Introduction

This guide explains how administrators can view and track the progress of users enrolled in Cosafe Academy courses directly from the Admin panel.

Steps to monitor user progress

1. Log in to the Admin Panel

   • Go to admin.cosafe.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to your account

   • Account admins: Click on Account in the side menu.
   • Subaccount admins: Click on Subaccount.
     • Click on the account name you want to view.

3. Open the Cosafe Academy tab

   • Click on the Cosafe Academy tab to display the list of available courses.

4. Click on the Completions number

   • Locate the course you want to review.
   • On the right-hand side, find the Completions column and click on the number shown next to your chosen course.

5. Review user progress

   • A pop-up window will appear, listing all users along with their current status:

Status	Description
Completed	The user has finished the course.
In Progress	The user has started but not yet completed the course.
Not Started	The user has not yet begun the course.
