Extra SFTP Settings

  1. Send invitation emails to newly imported users automatically

When this setting is activated, all new users that you import into the Cosafe dashboard will be sent an invitation email to the dashboard.

  2. Delete the file after processing

Following the completion of the processing, the import file should be removed from the SFTP server.

  3. Update with the primary phone number

This setting should be used if you want to manage some or all user's primary phone numbers manually. When this setting is enabled, the user's primary phone number in Cosafe won’t be removed if a primary phone number is not present in the import file.

  4. Update with the secondary phone number

This setting should be used if you want to manage some or all user's secondary phone numbers manually. When this setting is enabled, the user's secondary phone number in Cosafe won’t be removed if a secondary phone number is not present in the import file.

SFTP Subaccount

The subaccount administrator can establish their own SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) independently from the primary account.

  • To achieve this, the main account must have SFTP functionality enabled.

  • Enabling this feature will cause the SFTP tab to become visible in the subaccount settings.

  • For the subaccount to establish its independent setup, it must enable the SFTP toggle.

  • When the SFTP tab is selected, it will use the data entered in the primary account's SFTP fields, except the SFTP path and filename.

    • The subaccount will be responsible for supplying this information.

    • The subaccount can modify the content of the other column as well.
