New features
1. Block notifications
Block notifications for all new incoming alarms and messages during the time the first alarm is active, e.g.: "Notifications". during evacuation. Cosafe does not send notifications but the user will still receive data updates in the app while the alarm is active. This means that the user receives new information e.g. a new message but no notifications so to see new messages the user needs to actively follow the message thread.
If this function is activated, CoAlert and CWS receive the first alarm message but no other notifications afterwards as long as the alarm is active.
The feature is available for users with app version 3.2 and newer. If you wish to activate this feature, please ensure that your users have the latest version. Users with older versions will not receive any data updates in the app (e.g., the latest version of the app). new message) after the first alarm as long as it is active.
2. Send situational alarm details
New feature that allows the sender to send a situational message in response to an alert, to ensure that recipients receive important information about the situation immediately upon receipt of the alert. This feature adds an extra step to the alarm process, but allows the sender to provide the recipients with extra details about the alarm (e.g., the name and address of the recipient). exact location in a building).
3. Add automatic alarm instruction
With this feature, you can send a pre-written alarm instruction to your staff, which is automatically sent to the recipients immediately upon notification.
Important information such as short action plan is automatically communicated to users, which can enable a quick and correct handling of an alarm situation.
4. Automatic start of a checklist
Offers the possibility to select a checklist, e.g. an action plan, which is automatically triggered when an alarm is activated in the app. The checklist is shared with the recipient group and all users can work on it (only users with permission can close the checklist). This new feature will streamline crisis management during an incident by enabling all users to work in a checklist that is updated in real time.
5. Last control question in case of alarm
An extra confirmation step added to the alarm process where the sender must confirm before the alarm can be sent. This new confirmation step provides an extra level of security and helps to avoid accidental alarms.
