Activate your user once you have received an invitation from your employer - create a password

This article applies to Cosafe customers who have been invited to the platform and must create a password

Your employer is about to start using Cosafe and has created a user for you. To activate your user do as follows:

1. Open the invitation email and click Connect to Cosafe


2. Enter your password (for the password to be valid make sure they contain the following)

  • At least 10 characters

  • At least one digit (0-9)

  • At least one special character (ex. !?" #€%&)

  • At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter

3. Cosafe is available as both a mobile app and a web app. Download the app or go to app.cosafe.se and sign in. Your username is your email address and the password is the one you just entered when you completed the steps above.

4. Now you can start using Cosafe!

Please note that the invitation link is active for 30 days. If you need a new link, do as follows:

  1. Accessing the web app.cosafe.se or the mobile app

  2. Click forgot password

  3. Log in to your email

  4. Open the email you received from Cosafe and click Change Password. If you use Outlook, it may have ended up in the junk e-mail or in the "Other / Other" tab if you have the "Priority Inbox" setting.

  5. Log in to the web app or mobile app with your new password.
